Shipping policy

1. For normal products, please allow us 1 to 3 business days for order dispatch. For presale products, it will be processed and sent to you as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse. Pre-Order shipping times are an estimate and not an exact date.
During weekends or holidays, new orders will not be processed. Orders on weekends and on holidays will be arranged the next business day.

2. Please make sure all the shipping information you provide is correct. If the receiving address needs to be changed, please contact us before the package is shipped out. We will try to help you contact the shipping courier service provider responsible for the delivery, but we are not liable for any package damage, loss, or delay caused by the incorrect shipping information or by the courier service provider in delivery process.
